Voice interactions use low-latency real-time WebRTC audio streaming with Dr. Morgan. Audio and transcripts stream directly during your active session to deliver immediate clinical responses, while your final rating estimate, matched 38 CFR criteria, and debrief report are computed 100% locally in your browser. Closing the tab or resetting clears your session — nothing is saved to any ExamRecon server or database.
No SSNs. No military IDs. We don't store your audio recordings, file paperwork, or take back pay. Rehearsals are completely anonymous — ExamRecon never collects your name, Social Security Number, military ID, VA claim number, or medical records. Real-time voice data is processed ephemerally solely to conduct your mock examination and generate your on-screen report; we do not retain, store, or sell personal health information or voice recordings.
If you purchase a Claim Cycle Pass or Sprint Pass, your unlock code is verified by a server function and a flag is stored only in your own browser's local storage — not on our servers, and not linked to any personal profile. Payment itself is handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) under its own privacy policy; we do not receive or store your card details.
We use privacy-respecting, non-invasive analytics (no cross-site tracking, no ad pixels) solely to measure aggregate traffic. Zero Session Replay: In compliance with the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) and anti-wiretapping standards, ExamRecon does NOT deploy third-party session replay software (such as Hotjar, FullStory, or Microsoft Clarity) and never monitors or records your keystrokes, personal form fields, or passwords.
ExamRecon is strictly intended for adult military veterans and claimants aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or maintain personal information from individuals under 18 years of age or children under 13 in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If you provide your email address to receive your preliminary rehearsal dossier or support assistance, we respect your privacy. In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, every automated email includes a valid physical postal address and a direct, 1-click unsubscribe link. We never sell, rent, or trade your contact information.
